| Stretch & Tone/ Aerobics: |
| Take your daily life demands into perspective and train your body to perform functionally and properly. Resistance training and flexibility will give you the strength and energy to live your life effectively. All levels welcome. Stretch and Tone involves some cardio, low, impact, some muscle training, abdominal work and stretching. |

| Water Aerobics: |
| Great for all fitness levels, the class involves non-impact cardio, muscle toning and stretching for a complete work-out in a non-stress setting. |

| Yoga: |

| Pilates: |
| The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago. It improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body & mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. Four components of Pilates are alignment, breathing, core contraction and mind body focus. |

Fitness Instructor - Remembrance (Memmy) Staber
Memmy has been a professional fitness instructor for 14 years. She graduated from the State University of New York and is certified in Personal Training, aerobics, rehab, weight loss and more. Memmy has worked in the health care industry and in the finest of clubs. Vasari Country Club is proud to have her as a part of our team. She loves to train people, teach yoga and water aerobics. She can't wait to see you in the fitness center to answer any of your fitness questions.
